What is it?
The "TOW-R Process" is the implementation of our organizational tenets. Throughout all of our organizational efforts, we do our best to teach and instill leadership qualities, life skills, and career-based skills. As individuals participate in our initiatives, especially during project-based learning, meaningful and constructive mentorship takes place in hopes of developing an "empowered individual."
